All Digital Support grew out of a career in the information technology field that began as a software analyst for a "large" company in a "large" city in a "large" state. Relocating to the beautiful northwest to raise a family I continued in the information technology field by supporting public schools around the State of Idaho. As I provided technical support to school districts around Idaho I found that soon it was more efficient to "build up" my home office, and provide effective support to multiple school districts. Instead of operating as one school district's employee, I was able to assist multiple districts as a contractor. Many rural school districts can not afford a full-time salaried technical employee so our relationship was mutually beneficial.
Over time I discovered that other recovering technical professionals where providing similar services and a career area name had been defined; Virtual Assistance. Though VA's come in many shapes and experiences, All Digital Support is dedicated to providing professional and technical expertise to clients. Small business owners, entrepreneurs and creative individuals can level the playing field with the "large" companies by gaining a professional presence on the WWW and managing and marketing to customers just like the "big" guys. All Digital Support has a focused commitment to these clients.
